If you have more than one or lots of people you would like to send a coffee card to - simply email us at friends@cofffeecards.co.uk and list their addresses and messages if all different, ideally a CSV file or copy and paste them into the email message.

What do I get for my money?
Your personalised message in the card along with a coffee bag of freshly ground Arabicas of The World posted to someone you've bean thinking about.
How long does it take?
We will process all orders before 2 p.m. the same day and will be posted first class Royal Mail that day. We would hope for a max of 48 hours to receive in the UK.
Can I order and send outside of the UK?
Absolutely - we charge for Royal Mail (Large letter rates for Europe and the rest of the world - we are at the hands of Royal Mail for how they take though).
Is the coffee fresh?
Our coffee is freshly roasted, ground, and packed every month - so yup we can say it's pretty delicious and fresh.
How long does the coffee last?
Up to 1 year - so you have plenty of time!
Where is the coffee from?
Arabicas of the World so we have a gorgeous blend of our favourites from around the world.
Can I send more than 1 card?
Well of course you can, but the delivery address will be separate so sadly we will need you to each order separately so we get it to the right place.
I'm a charity and would like these to help fundraise?
Totally - we absolutely welcome you with open arms to help you fundraise and will, of course, do this in volume for charity shops or online and will be branded with your select designs.
Can I order the cards for myself but not send them?
Absolutely you can - we have a separate price or £2 for each card including the coffee bag and these can be sent blank to you. Just email us at friends@coffeecards.co.uk and the qty you want and we can send it to you.

The founder of Coffee Cards. My family have been in the coffee business for many years and took me to the roastery where I was inspired by what other young people were doing with coffee. My mum is a designer and worked with me to create coffee cards branding. I had been aware of coffee bags and with my grandma who just loves coffee and felt how many other people would love to receive a cup of coffee. During a pandemic it was tough to meet our loved ones and friends for a coffee, this seemed a great way to let people know we were thinking of them and share a virtual cup of coffee, this is where the idea started.
With our new coffee bags, it means you don’t need any equipment other than some hot water, so anyone can enjoy a coffee with you anywhere in the world.
Letting someone know you’ve bean thinking of them, the Coffee Cards seemed to be a great cost-effective solution.
